Course Description :

Introduction

The ICSE curriculum follows a higher level of English as compared to other national or state boards. The teaching of English class 7 for the year 2022-23 is reduced without compromising time and efforts on very rigorous and most challenging topics covered earlier in the overall syllabus. The language skills are extensive and exclusive, incorporating recommended books by a vast array of authors. The syllabus includes Grammar, Applied Grammar, Reading, and Writing sections

Course description 

The current curriculum envisages 4 sections i.e Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills. In order to master and get a command of the language, the student needs to concentrate on all 4 sections equally. Only then he can master the language. The recommended Literature book is Essentials of English Grammar and Composition by Sultanchand and Sons containing grammar exercises, New Oxford Modern English by Oxford University Press containing prose and poetry, Longman Classics by Fingerprint Publishing, and A tale of two cities by Fingerprint Publishing. Other recommended books from various authors are provided in the list below.
