Private Tutor - June 2014 – Present  Provided home tutoring to students from grade 1-8 in all the subjects .   Explained in depth the concepts and principles of various subjects in CBSE and Maharashtra State Board syllabus.  Focused specifically on the weak areas and making an individualized learning plan that suits each student.  Helped students with science and mathematics competitions, math Olympiads.  Ensured that students’ weak areas (subjects) are paid special attention to.  Monitored, graded and evaluated performance of students through regular tests.  Designed exercises for writing, mathematical word problems, tests and quizzes that are based on the student’s current lessons in school.
