I am passionate about my work because I love what I do. I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. I like making my students feel comfortable and let them be gradually interested in the subject. This has helped me a lot in building a rapport with children. Them opening up helps to know where their doubts lie and also helps them understand me as I explain. I constantly check in with the parents to keep the communication open, at the same time making sure our goals for the child are aligned. I pride myself  on being committed towards the responsibility of my students.
