Is a refund available if a student decides to discontinue?
Yes. If a student decides to discontinue, unused class credits can be refunded.
Refunds apply only to sessions that have not yet been taken. Classes that have already been completed are not refundable.
What happens if a class is missed?
If a student cannot attend a class, it can be rescheduled by coordinating with the tutor or Edugraff coordinators.
Students will not be charged for missed classes if the session is properly rescheduled.
If a tutor cannot conduct a session due to an emergency, students will be informed in advance by email.
How does the Edugraff tutoring process work?
The process for starting tutoring with Edugraff is simple.
Step 1: Consultation
An Edugraff consultant will discuss the student’s learning needs and help identify a suitable tutor. Students can also view tutor details and sample sessions on the platform.
Step 2: Tutor assessment and planning
The tutor evaluates the student’s requirements and suggests a suitable learning approach.
Step 3: Start learning
Students add credit to their account and begin scheduling classes with the tutor.
Step 4: Ongoing learning and support
Sessions are conducted regularly, and students can contact Edugraff support if they need to adjust their learning pace or discuss any concerns.
Students are required to maintain at least one session credit in their account to continue scheduling classes.
Can students from outside India take Edugraff tutoring?
Yes. Edugraff supports students studying under international curricula such as IGCSE, IB, AP, SAT, and the Australian curriculum, which allows students from different countries to learn online with experienced tutors.
